I believe a part of my own purpose in this life is to continually remind myself and others to have compassion and create space for our emotional pain and the most hidden parts of ourselves. To share and be vulnerable about the raw human emotions I've dealt with, and that I know we all deal with.   I know many of us are tired of hearing and talking about the virus. It is everywhere you turn whether you like it or not, and some are wondering “how do people still have the energy to talk about it?” As a singer-songwriter some might be wondering why am I posting so much about spirituality and health all of a sudden and why not just stick to making music instead of constantly talking about this heavy subject that is all around us. 2020 And The Crushing of Our False Identity

       The last year has been hard on many of us. It's safe to say it has effected each and every one of our lives in one way or another. Today I wanted to particularly write about how has 2020 affected our identities. One of the things that has made me really sad and frustrated in 2020 is to see how badly small business owners and freelancers in particular have been supported by our goverments during covid times. It is heartbreaking to see many of them have to close shop and erase all of their hard work without having any guarantee for the future and very little help from the government to survive this situation.
